Eastern Talent Journal

Editorial policy

Eastern Talent Journal aims to make its ideas clear, fair and useful to a general reader. We distinguish explanation from opinion, describe uncertainty plainly and do not present general discussion as a promise about what any person can achieve.

Accuracy and independence

We review wording, names and factual statements before publication and revise material when a meaningful error is identified. Our editorial choices are guided by relevance to the Journal's subject, not by a partner's preferred conclusion. We do not imply that an example proves a universal rule or that one approach works for everyone.

Corrections

Readers can use the Contact page to point out a possible error, giving the article title and enough detail to identify the issue. We assess correction requests and amend published material when warranted, making the change clear where appropriate. Questions of interpretation may be explained without being treated as factual corrections.

Partners and paid material

Any sponsored article, paid placement or partner contribution is labelled clearly so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage, and editorial material is not presented as a partner endorsement.

Illustrations

Some illustrations may be generated with AI tools. Illustrations are not evidence for a claim, and we take care not to present an illustrative image as a documentary record.
