Write for us
Eastern Talent Journal welcomes considered contributions about how people develop abilities, share knowledge and make room for creative work. Send proposals through the Contact page; a clear, specific idea is more useful than a finished piece sent without context.
Ideas that fit
We are interested in discovery, learning, craft, collaboration and opportunity, with a clear question at the centre. A strong contribution explains why its subject matters, gives readers a distinct way to think about it and avoids treating one person's path as a universal formula.
What to include in a pitch
Describe the proposed subject, the main idea, the intended reader and why the piece suits Eastern Talent Journal. Mention the form you have in mind and any relevant experience or perspective you want us to consider. Keep claims proportionate and identify any material that would require checking or specialist input.
Sending proposals
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. Include a working title and a short outline rather than sending a full manuscript unless one has been requested. A proposal is not a guarantee of publication, and contributors should flag any conflicts or other interests relevant to the piece.
